Why SPF in Makeup Is Not Enough
SPF ratings are measured based on applying 2mg per cm² of skin, a standard that most people don't come close to achieving with a foundation or tinted moisturiser. Studies show that people typically apply only 20–25% of the recommended amount of SPF in makeup. UVA vs UVB: Why "Broad Spectrum" Matters
